Students

Overview

Inhlakanipho Consultants offers work-based experience for a number of students, inorder for them to develop specific skills which are valuable to their professional development. Students are able to apply their skills in reality, contribute to the organisation, and at the same time they are able to obtain helpful guidance from their mentors. On joining the company a member of our management team is assigned to supervise and guide these students on the job requirements and give feedback to them on their progress. In addition to gaining skills, students are also paid an allowance to cover their basic expenses. Currently, Inhlakanipho consultants is offering experiential training to 7 students in the fields of civil and water resources engineering.
